Delivery Costs

Standard delivery cost is calculated on the basis of post code or region and that cost applies to driver's assistance in bringing product to the ground floor only and assembly product in home. There will be additional fee of £20 for each floor (eg. first floor- £20, second floor- £40, third floor - £60, etc) for L-shaped Corner Sofas and for U-shaped Corner Sofas.

Any transport damage (scratches, dents) must be reported to the driver upon delivery, please check the product with the driver at home.  Any damage of this type not reported on the day of delivery will not be subject to complaint.

If sofa needs to be extra disassembled because there will be problem with bringing inside the house, it will also be extra charged (£30 - £50).

Delivery prices may change if transport requires a ferry.

SUBMIT AN ORDER

Once the order has been placed, cancellation is possible, but we do not pay the deposit, it is kept. Any changes to the order are possible up to 3 days from the time of placing the order.

All our products are delivered in United Kingdom are sent by our courier. Please note that the estimated delivery dates are a guide when the delivered products and / or services will be delivered. handmade-sofas.co.uk makes every effort to send the order the same day it was placed (Monday to Friday, 9-14).

We usually process orders that day for immediate shipment and delivery within 3-12 weeks. Although handmade-sofas.co.uk may not be able to guarantee the exact date or time of delivery, we strive to deliver products and services to your shipping address by the date we specify.

If you want to return an item, remember that the package must be originally sealed and unopened. We reserve the right to refuse a refund when items are damaged, are unsuitable for sale as new, or are not properly packaged at the end of the return.

NOTE: "transporting items up" also includes flats that are not on the ground floor.

Our drivers are unattended; will not transfer or take away any existing goods or property and will not assemble or install the goods, unless agreed.
